Fluke Met/Cal and Met/Team Software and Hardware System Upgrade

AFMETCAL at Heath OH intends to solicit and award a Sole Source Firm Fixed Price contract under FAR Part 12 Procedures for the purchase of Fluke Met/Cal and Met/Team Software and Hardware System Upgrade and manuals from Fluke Electronics Corp. (Cage 4U744). Fluke Electronics Corp. was the only company identified as capable of meeting this requirement. The Government envisions a Firm Fixed Price contract. The requirement is in accordance with the Purchase Description which is available for download at this site.

THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS OR QUOTATIONS.  No solicitation package will be issued. A determination by the Government not to compete this action based on responses received is solely within the discretion of the Government. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by AFMETCAL. Interested sources must respond in writing with clear and convincing evidence to support their ability to provide the required items and services within fifteen (15) days of this publication. Interested parties should submit questions to Tom Carson at thomas.carson.2@us.af.mil. Only electronic submissions will be reviewed.
