Being built now. Each one carries a target release, and the thread gets an update when it moves.

Let each company store the column order and the visible columns for the Excel export, so the file lands in the format their reviewers already use instead of being rearranged by hand every time.

Early November 2026Sep 15, 2026
The problem

Every export is reordered by hand before it goes to a reviewer, which takes about twenty minutes a volume.

Product teamAnswerSep 14, 2026

In build. The saved order lives on the company, not the person, so everyone exports the same shape. Early November.

Reviewers outside the workspace still want a paper copy of the outline. Exporting one section at a time does not scale on a 40-section volume, so let the whole canvas leave as a single PDF.

Late October 2026Sep 12, 2026
The problem

Colour-team reviewers who do not hold a seat cannot read the outline unless someone exports it by hand, section by section.

Product teamAnswerSep 11, 2026

In build now. The export writes one PDF per volume with the section numbering intact, and a bookmark tree so a reviewer can jump around. Target is late October.

A reference older than three years is a scoring risk on most solicitations. Flag them on the company profile and in the proposal before the volume is assembled, not after a debrief.

October 2026Sep 15, 2026
The problem

Stale references are found during a debrief, when nothing can be done about them.

Product teamAnswerSep 15, 2026

In build. The warning appears on the profile and again when the reference is pulled into a volume. Three years is the default and an admin can change it.

Planned

Accepted and scheduled. The target quarter is on the entry and moves only if we say so on the thread.

One message each morning listing the amendments posted overnight across all open pursuits, instead of a separate alert per solicitation that arrives through the day.

Q4 2026Sep 9, 2026
The problem

A capture lead following nine pursuits gets nine separate alerts and reads none of them properly.

Product teamAnswerSep 9, 2026

Planned for Q4. One message at 7am in the company time zone, grouped by pursuit, with a line per amendment. The per-solicitation alerts stay for anyone who wants them.

The pipeline filters one field at a time. Combining set-aside with NAICS would let a small business see only the work it can actually win without exporting the list first.

Q4 2026Sep 8, 2026
The problem

Deciding what to chase means exporting the pipeline to a spreadsheet and filtering there.

Product teamAnswerSep 8, 2026

Planned for Q4. Set-aside, NAICS and agency will combine, and the combination can be saved as a view.

Read and understood. We are working out what it would take before committing to it.

A colour-team review ends with a list of comments and no record of who resolved what. Attribution on each resolved comment would make the next review faster.

Sep 12, 2026
The problem

Nobody can tell who addressed a reviewer comment once the review is closed.

Product teamAnswerSep 12, 2026

Under review. We agree with the problem. The open question is whether attribution sits on the comment or on the section, and we would rather answer that before building.

Consultants join one review and leave. Giving them the deck through a link that expires would avoid spending a seat on someone who is here for an afternoon.

Sep 11, 2026
The problem

A consultant needs a full seat for a single two hour review.

Product teamAnswerSep 10, 2026

Under review. Temporary access already exists for the workspace, so this is about extending it to the deck rather than building a second door. Looking at what that costs.

Submitted and waiting for triage. Every request gets a written answer within 10 business days.

When something is wrong with how a document is parsed, the fastest way to explain it is to hand over the file. Let a request carry attachments so the team can reproduce the problem without a support thread.

NewWorkspaceBug ReportA ProposalWorkspace customer#FR-0002
Sep 17, 2026
The problem

Describing a parsing problem in words costs two or three rounds of email before anyone sees the actual file.

The win or loss is recorded here and typed again into the CRM. A connector would keep the two in step without anyone retyping an outcome.

NewBillingIntegrationA ProposalWorkspace customer#FR-0013
The problem

Outcomes are entered twice and the two systems disagree within a month.

Reading the RFP and writing the outline means switching tabs constantly. A split view would keep both on screen on a wide monitor.

NewEditorUI/UX PolishA ProposalWorkspace customer#FR-0012
The problem

Writing an outline means switching between two tabs several hundred times a day.

Deadlines read in Eastern time no matter where the company sits. A team on the west coast does the arithmetic themselves and sometimes gets it wrong.

NewWorkspaceUI/UX PolishA ProposalWorkspace customer#FR-0011
The problem

A team outside Eastern time converts every deadline by hand.

Live for everyone on the plan that includes it. The release it landed in is on the entry.

Opening a new pursuit takes four clicks from most screens. A single shortcut that works from the dashboard, the pipeline and the workspace would save a capture manager a lot of them over a week.

v2.14Aug 28, 2026
The problem

Capture managers live in the pipeline during a busy week and every new solicitation means leaving the screen they are reading.

Product teamAnswerAug 28, 2026

Shipped in v2.14. The shortcut is Alt+N, it works from every screen that has the top bar, and the Quick Actions menu carries the same entry for anyone who prefers a menu. Thank you for pushing back on the original key choice.

When an amendment lands, show which outline sections it touches instead of leaving the team to diff two PDFs by hand.

v2.16Sep 5, 2026
The problem

Finding what an amendment changed means comparing two PDFs page by page.

Product teamAnswerSep 4, 2026

Shipped in v2.16. An amendment now lists the outline sections it touches, with the changed text highlighted, and the sections are flagged until someone clears them.
