This is a PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY. This is not a request for proposal, quotation, or bid. The Network Contracting Office 15 (NCO15), 3450 S 4th Street | Leavenworth, KS 66048 intends to issue a solicitation for a VOSB/SDVOSB set-aside, single award, Indefinite Delivery/indefinite Quantity Contract. The contract will cover the contractor provided third party pharmacy benefit services to support a First Fill Prescription Voucher Program serving eligible Veterans. This program provides first or urgent fill prescriptions when VA pharmacies are unable or impractical to dispense medications, such as after hours emergency room visits, time sensitive medications from Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs), Home Based Primary Care (HBPC), or telehealth appointments.

All potential vendors MUST be registered and active in the SAM. SDVOSB/VOSB vendors must be registered in the SBA VetCert database. The solicitation will be issued electronically and will be available only via the Contract Opportunities / System for Award Management website www.sam.gov. No fax bid packages shall be accepted.
