Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office (NCO 21) intends to award a sole source, firm fixed price contract to Philips North America LLC. The procurement will result in a purchase order to repair the Philips Epiq CVx echo ultrasound machine currently in use at VA Palo Alto Healthcare System.
