The Contractor shall provide complete, coordinated, and documented cleaning and mold-prevention services for seven 8th-floor plenum chambers and associated air-handling components serving inpatient areas. The 8th-floor plenum chambers and associated air-handling components in the C and D Towers support inpatient areas. Mold contamination has been identified in the past. This preventive project covers seven chambers, adjacent ductwork, and concrete surfaces and is required to maintain air quality and prevent cross-contamination into patient-care spaces.
