The City reserves the right to engage the selected contractor to develop and administer a replacement examination as needed.

Scope

The Contractor shall provide services to develop and administer online entry-level firefighter examinations with remote proctoring and webcam monitoring for the Tucson Fire Department. The examination shall demonstrate a clear connection between the position’s essential functions and the abilities and behavioral characteristics being measured, including:

  • Mathematics: Basic mathematics and elementary algebra appropriate to the position.
