Anatomy and Physiology Equipment & Accessories

The Garden Grove Unified School District (GGUSD) is seeking bids for Anatomy and Physiology Equipment & Accessories Bid No. 2608 which will be used by various school sites within Garden Grove Unified School District.

The District is seeking bids for Anatomy and Physiology Equipment & Accessories Bid No. 2608, in accordance with Instructions, Conditions, and Specifications now on file in the Purchasing Department of said School District.

Bidders must agree to furnish anatomy and physiology equipment & accessories at the unit prices quoted in accordance with actual requirements throughout the contract period. Bidder must agree that the Anatomy and Physiology Equipment & Accessories Bid No. 2608 is nonexclusive and that the District will determine, in its sole discretion, the types of product that are best for its use and the most cost effective for the District.

[...] All equipment or supplies, unless otherwise specified, must be delivered ready for use. Destination will be designated within the boundaries of the Garden Grove Unified School District. Actual delivery dates must be coordinated with the District. All shipments shall be accompanied by a packing slip. [...]

Delivery shipments will occur between the hours of 8:00AM – 3:00PM, Monday through Friday only.

**Submission method:** The complete bid, together with any and all additional materials as required, shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope, addressed, and hand delivered or mailed to Garden Grove Unified School District, 10331 Stanford Avenue, Garden Grove, CA 92840, Attn: Purchasing Department, Sunny Ho, Bid. No. 2608 and must be received on or before the bid deadline.

The bid opening is **November 13, 2026 at 2:00PM**. No bidder may withdraw any bid for a period of sixty (60) calendar days after the date set for the opening of the bids.

This is a 1-year contract with two (2) one-year (1) options to renew at the District's discretion. The whole term of the contract shall not exceed three (3) years.

The award of the contract, as made by the District, will be on a line by line item basis as set forth on the Bid Form Pricing Sheet to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder(s).

Insurance required of the successful bidder:

• Commercial General Liability: Each Occurrence AND **$1,000,000**; General Aggregate **$3,000,000**
• Automobile Liability: Combined Single Limit, per occurrence **$1,000,000**
• Umbrella Excessive Liability – Aggregate **$3,000,000**
• Workers Compensation **$1,000,000**
