PROVIDE AND COMMISSION OF FREQUENCY CONVERTERS WITH BACKUP BATTERY

Contractor must provide and commission a quantity of ten (10) replacement frequency converters with five (5) backup batteries. The frequency converters must comply with the specifications set out in Section 2.0 of this IFB.

Bids must be submitted through SacRT’s PlanetBids Vendor Portal. no later than **2:00 p.m., Monday, November 16, 2026, Pacific Local Time** at which time bids will be publicly available to view on the PlanetBids site.

**No DBE goal has been established for this Contract.** However, if subcontracting opportunities exist for the work required for this Contract, Bidders/Proposers must ensure that DBEs have the opportunity to participate in the performance of this Contract.

SacRT will respond to any questions submitted through PlanetBids at least 4 calendar days prior to the submittal deadline. Responses are provided for reference only, will not be binding on SacRT, and will not become part of the Contract.
