RFP 2026-07 Salesforce, Data 360, and MuleSoft Services

You are invited to review and respond to this Invitation for Bid (IFB) for fire life safety maintenance services being offered by the Department of General Services, Facilities Management Division (FMD).

FMD is procuring services for Fire Life Safety (FLS) System maintenance and repairs on state property.

Services will be performed at the following location:

Santa Rosa, CA 95404

The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and materials required to provide fire life safety maintenance services for the Fire Life Safety (FLS) System equipment identified in Exhibit A, Attachment 1, Equipment List of Attachment 9, Sample Contract.

The anticipated term of the contract will be **36 Months**.

The Bidder's rates will stay in effect for the entire contract term. [...] No additions or increases to the agreement amount will be made due to conditions that existed at the walk-through.

The Bidder's required services are provided in *Attachment 9, Sample Agreement*. The winning Bidder will be required to adhere to all Agreement terms as indicated in *Attachment 9, Sample Agreement*.

This contract may be subject to Prevailing Wage. Contractor and Sub-contractor(s) must be registered with DIR, if required by law to do so, in order to submit a bid.

Bidder Minimum Requirements

Bidders that do not meet all minimum requirements will be rejected.

• A Bidder must be registered with the State of California, Secretary of State, if required by law.
• C-16 Fire Protection license issued by the California Department of Consumer Affairs, Contractors State License Board
• A Bidder must submit current proof of insurance for only the following: General Liability, Commercial Automobile Insurance, Worker's Compensation
• Bidders must provide three (3) or more references.
• The required DVBE participation for this agreement is **3%**.

Submission

The Bidder will deliver their sealed bid in such a way that the outside is clearly labeled as indicated below. Hand delivered bids shall be placed in the DGS/OBAS Bid/Proposal Drop Box located in the lobby at 707 3rd Street, West Sacramento, CA 95605. Facsimile (FAX) and electronic submissions will not be considered.

Evaluation

Contract award, if made, will be awarded to the Bidder whose bid has the lowest responsive responsible submission.

Walk-Through

The non-mandatory walk-through for each facility is scheduled according to the Key Action Date listed above. Bidders will need to present identification and sign in at each facility.
