IFB 004-27 Milk and Milk Products

This Invitation for Bid ("IFB") is to solicit bids from qualified and responsible Bidders to provide Milk and Milk Products for Clayton County Public Schools ("CCPS" or "District"). Bidders will provide products to CCPS as needed. A detailed Scope of Services ("SOS") is set forth in this IFB.

Clayton County Public Schools ("CCPS") is soliciting bids from qualified individuals or firms ("Bidder") for Milk and Milk Products. Bidders will provide products to the District on an as needed basis.

Bidders must comply with all Federal, State of Georgia and local regulations and laws applicable to Milk and Milk Products. Bidders must provide all services as requested in this IFB in accordance with Scope of Services attached hereto as Attachment A and incorporated herein by reference.

• Low Fat Milk - 1%, half pint containers, 700000 each
• Vanilla Fat-Free Milk, half pint carton, 700000 each
• Strawberry Fat Free Milk, half-pint carton, 970000 each
• Chocolate Fat Free Milk, half pint carton, 970000 each
• Buttermilk, gallon containers, 350 each
• Skim Milk, half pint containers, 500 each
• Cottage Cheese, #5, 150 each
• Sour Cream, #5, 150 each
• Lactose Free Milk, half pint containers, 6000 each

Flavored milk: Formulations on flavored milk should be the same as retail. No artificial flavors or corn syrup. Must have 18 grams of sugar or less per serving.

**Submission method:** CCPS will only accept online submissions for this IFB. Oral, telephonic, facsimile, emailed and mailed bids will not be considered. Bidders must register in Bonfire as a vendor at: https://claytonk12ga.bonfirehub.com/portal/?tab=login in order to submit a bid prior to the submission deadline.

Sealed Responses to this IFB will be received by the CCPS Purchasing Department until **3:00 P.M., Eastern Standard Time (EST) on Wednesday, December 2, 2026**. Responses must be valid for a period of one hundred-twenty (120) calendar days from the Response Submission Deadline.

CCPS intends to make one (1) award; however, CCPS reserves the right to make one (1) award, multiple awards or no award.

The initial term of this Agreement shall be for one (1) year, and may be automatically renewed for two (2) successive one (1) year terms upon the same terms and conditions.

Bidder must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience successfully and providing Milk and Milk Products for a school district similar in size to CCPS.

Proof of insurance shall be provided within 15 days of the date of written notification of award. Comprehensive General Liability and Automobile Liability Insurance in an amount not less than $1,000,000.00 each are required.
