Wilcox County Board of Commissioners (Fire Department SCBA RFP)

Whereas, Wilcox County has identified a need to purchase Self Contained Breathing Apparatus (hereinafter "SCBA") Wilcox County Fire Department SCBA RFP is submitted for qualified vendors.

Fire Department SCBA Vendor Proposal packages may be obtained from Wilcox County Board of Commissioners Office, 103 North Broad Street, Abbeville GA. 31001 or by calling (229)467-2737.

Vendors will furnish all equipment associated with the SCBA, Bottles, and Facepieces as outlined. Vendor will provide all training on the correct use and maintenance of the SCBA units.

• Twenty (20) 3M Scott X3 Pro (2025 Edition) with CGA Cylinder Connection 4500. EZ Flo hose and Pak Tracker and PASS
• Twenty (20) AV-3000 HT, 4-strap, Medium with Kevlar Head net.
• Forty (40) Cylinder and Valve, Carbon, 4.5, 45 min CGA Bottles

Submission

Bids will be submitted in a sealed envelope containing the following information on the outside, front, lower left corner of the envelope: "SEALED BID: Wilcox County Fire Department SCBA. Failure to include such information may result in the bid being opened prematurely and/or being declared disqualified. Only one proposal may be submitted in each envelope.

The *Wilcox County Fire Department SCBA Proposal Form* provided in the proposal package must be used, and submitted with the proposal package. Term

The agreement is good for the four months once the bid is open. No prices may change from the time the contract is awarded within the four-month period until the delivery of the items. Shipping must be included in your unit price.

Award

WCBOC reserves the right to make the award(s) that is/are in its best interest of Wilcox County. WCBOC further reserves the right to negotiate with the successful vendor(s).
