The Public Improvement, upon which bids are requested, generally consists of Installation of an earthen levee, installation of floodwall, removal, realignment and reconstruction of Ellis Blvd NW, and associated water main, sanitary sewer and storm sewer improvements. located at Ellis Blvd NW from Q Avenue NW to Ellis Park. The Engineer’s opinion of probable cost is $4,530,000.
