Design & Construct Addition Pre-Trip Inspection Building Troop A CDL

The State of Missouri, Office of Administration, Division of Facilities Management, Design and Construction, is seeking bids for Design & Construct Addition, Pre-Trip Inspection Building Troop A CDL, Lees Summit, Missouri, Project No.: R2609-01.

The project includes the renovation of the existing Pre-Trip Inspection Building for Troop A CDL. The renovation will be to the existing conditioned space and there will be a new 1,097 sf addition. The addition will be office and breakroom space and include a restroom and a mechanical room. The addition will be a slab on grade with metal stud walls and 4" CMU veneer to match the existing CMU walls. The Roof will be metal joists with a standing seam metal roof. All walls and roof will be insulated, and the windows will be aluminum storefront. The project also includes a slab on grade metal frame and storefront vestibule with a standing seam roof.

The State reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive all informalities in bids. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 20 working days subsequent to the specified bid opening time. The contractor shall pay not less than the prevailing hourly rate of wages for work of a similar character in the locality in which the work is performed, as determined by the Missouri Department of Labor and Industrial Relations and as set out in the detailed plans and specifications.
