The State of Missouri, Office of Administration, Division of Facilities Management, Design and Construction, Jefferson City, Missouri, is seeking bids for the project Rebid, Design & Construct New, Directors House, MO State Fairgrounds, Sedalia, Missouri. Project No.: F2402-01.
The Work includes concrete slab and foundations and will be constructed of wood 2x framing and pre-engineered wood trusses.
Exterior finishes include concrete board plank siding, pre-finished metal fascia, soffits, gutters and downspouts, and residential aluminum clad exterior doors and windows. Interior finishes will consist of LVT & ceramic tile flooring, rubber base, painted gypsum board walls and ceilings. Laminate cabinets and residential solid core doors will be utilized throughout the residence.
Standard residential mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems will be utilized. Minor site work as indicated on the construction documents.

The State reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive all informalities in bids. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 20 working days subsequent to the specified bid opening time. The contractor shall pay not less than the prevailing hourly rate of wages for work of a similar character in the locality in which the work is performed, as determined by the Missouri Department of Labor and Industrial Relations and as set out in the detailed plans and specifications.
