Furnish and deliver HVAC filters as ordered by the various departments and agencies of the City of Lincoln, Lancaster County and the City of Lincoln-Lancaster County Public Building Commission, and West Haymarket Joint Public Agency (WHJPA) (Owners).
HVAC filters will be ordered on an as-needed basis by various departments within the Owners.
Pricing shall include the supply, transportation, and delivery (FOB) of the filters being bid.
Liftgate and forklift are NOT needed for delivery.
All delivery locations are within Lincoln, NE except for LTU Water at 401 US Hwy 6, Ashland, NE 68033.
Orders may be placed as a minimum of one (1) case.
Line item bid price provided by bidder shall be the cost of one (1) filter.
Delivery for the Water Resource Recovery facility shall be delivered and stacked in the designated inventory places.
Owners may order additional filters not currently listed on the bid document as needs arise. These orders will be priced at the “Percentage Off Catalog Price for Other Filters” provided in bid lines.
Contractor shall provide technical assistance upon request by any department or agency regarding replacement schedules and other requirements for specific applications
Delivery
Bidders shall use the electronic bid system for submitting solicitation responses and must complete all required fields. Bidders must be registered on the Owner’s Ebid site to submit a response to any solicitation.
Solicitation responses will not be accepted after the closing time and date.
Term of contract shall be a four (4) year term with the option for two (2) additional two (2) year terms beginning January 10, 2027.
Contractor agrees to provide required insurance coverage and comply with each provision listed in the Insurance Requirements attached in EBid.
The contract unit prices shall remain fixed for the first year of the contract.
