Township of Cherry Hill desires to appoint a firm or firms to provide architectural and engineering services for Township-owned historic properties listed on the NJ and National Register of Historic Places, if or when needed throughout the year.
Projects will include, but are not limited to, preservation work to maintain the Township-owned National Register Historic Sites at Croft Farm (100 Bortons Mill Road) and Barclay Farmstead (209 Barclay Lane).
There is no guarantee of the number of projects to be undertaken in 2027. The Township currently prioritizes work at the two historic sites based on the recommendations of the Preservation Plans for each property that were completed by HMR Architects in 2018. Copies of the historic preservation plans are available upon request.
One (1) or more firms may be awarded for a pool of Historic Property Architects/Engineers for a one (1) year period. The Township, at its sole discretion, shall choose an Architect/Engineer from the final determined pool of Consultants based on the Township's opinion of the discipline needed.
