Notice to Bidders Water/Sewer Chemicals

Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the Township Purchasing Agent for the Township of Freehold, County of Monmouth, State of New Jersey on **TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 17, 2026 AT 10:00 A.M.** local prevailing time at the Municipal Building, 1 Municipal Plaza, Freehold, New Jersey at which time and place bids will be opened and read in public for the following bid:

Specifications and other bid information may be obtained at the office of the Freehold Township Purchasing Agent, One Municipal Plaza, Freehold, N.J., or Email is Adigiovanni@twp.freehold.nj.us during regular business hours 8:30 am – 4:30 pm.

Bids must be made on the proposal forms included with the bid specification, be enclosed in a **sealed package** bearing the name and address of the bidder and “Bid Title, Name and Contract” on the outside, addressed to Andrea DiGiovanni, QPA, Purchasing Agent at the address above.

Bidders are **required** to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975, c. 127 (N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq.) and N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. (Affirmative Action and Equal Employment Opportunity); N.J.S.A. 52:32-44 (New Jersey Business Registration Certificate); N.J.S.A. 19:44-20.5 et seq. (Pay-to-Play Contracting Laws); and P.L. 2022, c. 3 / N.J.S.A. 52:32-57 (Prohibited Activities in Russia, Belarus, and Iran Disclosure).

The bid award will be made to the lowest responsible bidder in accordance with the provisions of the New Jersey Local Public Contracts Law, N.J.S.A. 40A:11-1 et seq.
