The New York State Department of Corrections and Community Supervision (NYS DOCCS) Office of Nutritonal Services is seeking responsive, responsible, suppliers of fresh produce on a weekly basis (carrots, celery, onions, bell peppers, cabbage, bean sprouts, garlic and potatoes.)

Upon final approval by the Office of the State Comptroller (OSC), mini-bids to solicit pricing from approved Vendors will be conducted on a weekly basis, and awards will be made using the spot-buying process. Vendors do not need to submit short-term pricing as part of the pre-qualification process. Only AFTER final OSC approval will Vendors be asked to submit weekly pricing for items actually required during this multiple-year contract period.
PLEASE NOTE THAT VENDORS DO NOT NEED TO SUBMIT FIXED PRICING TO BE HELD THROUGH THE END OF THE MULTIPLE-YEAR CONTRACT TERM.
