Sealed proposals for the supply of Oil & Lubricants will be received at the Yates County Highway Office, Attention Douglas M. Rapalee, located at 939 State Route 14A, Penn Yan, New York 14527 until 10:00 AM, local time, on November 12, 2026, and there, at said office, at said time, opened and read aloud.

This project generally consists of the supply of oil and lubricants for use by the Highway Department.

Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of **twenty-five hundred dollars ($2,500.00)** for the contract in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the Contract Documents.

Proposals must be submitted in a **sealed envelope** clearly marked: "OIL & LUBRICANTS"

The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality in the proposal, and to reject any and all proposals.
