Requirements Contract for Feral Cat Management Services.

NYCHA, by issuing this RFP, seeks proposals (“Proposals”) from animal/pest management firms (the “Proposers”) to provide NYCHA with various feral cat management services, as detailed more fully within Section II of this RFP (collectively, the “Services”).

**Contract Term:** Three (3) Initial Term with up to two (2) one (1) year optional renewal periods

Respondents shall provide 5 uploaded files with their submission: (1) the Technical Response in PDF format, inclusive of all required attachments and exhibits, (2) the Cost Proposal, which must be submitted as an Excel file, (3) the *Bid Proposal Face Sheet*, (4) the *Doing Business Data Form*, and (5) the Proposers New York State – Proof of Registered Entity to the corresponding RFP number via **iSupplier** in final form no later than **2 p.m. on November 17, 2026**.

Proposals which are saved in iSupplier as a “draft” but not successfully submitted will not be considered.

Only electronic bids submitted online via **iSupplier** will be accepted. NYCHA will NOT accept hardcopy, emailed, faxed or mailed Proposals.

Section 3 REO & OEO Plans must be submitted via eComply, https://nycha.ecomply.us/. Do not include Section 3 documentation within bid submission via iSupplier.
