Construction of Advanced Manufacturing & Applied Technologies Training Center- Vance-Granville Community College

Sealed bids will be received for the construction of the Vance-Granville Community College Center for Advanced Manufacturing and Applied Technologies. A new 35,380 square foot educational facility on a greenfield site located in a business and industrial park in Oxford, North Carolina. The facility will be one-story, with masonry and metal panel exterior cladding, and consist of instructional laboratories, classrooms, and related support spaces.

Bids will be received for single prime contract. All proposals shall be lump sum.

Sealed bids will be received until **3:00 PM on Wednesday, December 16, 2026**, at Vance-Granville Community College Building 9 (Civic Center) Seminar Room 2, 200 Community College Road, Henderson, North Carolina, 27537, at which time and place bids will be opened and publicly read.
