Design, Fabrication, Delivery, and Installation of Wall Graphics and Smaller Signs

The University of North Carolina Wilmington (UNCW) is soliciting proposals from qualified artists, designers, fabricators, environmental graphic firms, sign companies, and/or art installation contractors to provide the design, fabrication, delivery, and installation of environmental wall graphics and associated signage within the Fisher Student Center.

The selected proposer will work collaboratively with university representatives to develop graphic installations that enhance the student experience, reflect the University's identity and values, and complement the architectural character and intended use of the Fisher Student Center.

UNCW seeks graphics that are engaging, durable, visually compelling, inclusive, and appropriate for a diverse university community.

The intent of this solicitation is to award an Agency Contract.

**Submission method:** **Sealed, mailed responses ONLY will be accepted for this solicitation.** Submit a signed, original executed proposal response, one (1) photocopy, one (1) un-redacted copies on flash drive and, if required, one (1) redacted (Proprietary and Confidential Information Excluded) copies on flash drive of your proposal simultaneously. Attempts to submit a proposal via facsimile (FAX) machine, telephone, or email in response to this RFP shall NOT be accepted.

• Project Design, Plan/Approach, and Timeline 40%
• Cost Proposal 25%

**Contract term:** The Contract shall have an initial term of one (1) year, beginning on the date of final Contract execution (the "Effective Date"). The Vendor shall begin work under the Contract within seven (7) business days of the Effective Date.

**Mandatory** site visit: FAILURE TO ATTEND THE MANDATORY SITE VISIT SHALL RESULT IN VENDOR'S PROPOSAL BEING DEEMED NON-RESPONSIVE AND NOT CONSIDERED FOR AWARD.
