Department of Transportation Engineering District 5-0 is looking to procure a BOSS 205DUS JD4045 TF AIR COMPRESSOR for one of our paint trucks.

Insurance (required)

The awarded contractor shall purchase and maintain, at its expense, during the entire term of this contract and any renewals or extension thereof, the types of insurance set forth below, issued by insurance companies licensed to do business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The awarded contractor shall ensure that such insurance is in effect prior to the earlier of: a) commencing work; or b) entering onto Department of Transportation property.

• Workers' compensation insurance sufficient to cover all of the employees of the contractor working to perform this contract, as required by the laws of the Commonwealth.
• Comprehensive general liability insurance, property damage insurance, and, where appropriate, automobile liability insurance. The minimum amounts of coverage shall be **$250,000** per person and **$1,000,000** per occurrence for bodily injury, including death, and **$250,000** per person and **$1,000,000** per occurrence for property damage.

These coverages shall be occurrence-based. The policy or policies shall name the Commonwealth or Department as an additional insured party. [...] The contractor shall provide the Department with a current certificate or certificates of insurance showing the required coverages and notice provisions set forth above.

**Worker Protection and Investment Certification Form** (*BOP-2201*) is included with the solicitation documents.
