SH24 Pump Station Site and Piping Repair (CIP-2435)

The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, transportation, testing, restoration, and incidentals required to replace the collapsed 8-inch ductile iron gravity sewer between receiving manhole and the manhole upstream.

A detailed Scope of Work/Services is provided in Exhibit G. Please refer to the Plans (Exhibit J) and Technical Specifications (Exhibit K), both provided as separate documents.

All work is to be completed by May 14, 2027 and invoiced no later than June 11, 2027. All invoices must be emailed to invoices@bjwsa.org.

**Submission:** BIDS FOR THIS PROJECT WILL BE ACCEPTED ONLY ON THE BONFIRE PROCUREMENT PLATFORM PRIOR TO THE BID DUE DATE/TIME. Each Bid must be submitted electronically via the BJWSA Procurement Portal and include all required documents and information.

Pricing shall be submitted as a separate electronic file using the Bid Form, Exhibit H. All Bid fees and pricing shall be valid and honored for a period of at least ninety (90) days from the Bid Submittal Deadline.

**Bonds:** If Contractor bid is $100,000 or more, Contractor shall submit a Bid Bond for **5%** of the bid amount provided on the Bid Form (Exhibit H). The awarded Contractor shall furnish a 100 percent performance bond and a 100 percent payment bond.

**Evaluation:** Bids will be reviewed to determine which Bidders are responsive and responsible. If a contract and/or purchase is awarded, it will be awarded to the responsive and responsible Bidder whose bid has the lowest total cost.

**Insurance:** The Contractor shall, at his sole expense, maintain in effect at all times, during the performance of work, insurance coverage with limits not less than those set forth in EJCDC document C-800, Supplementary Conditions which is included in as part of this package in Exhibit A.

**Mandatory** pre-bid conference required. Bidders must also submit a completed *SC Illegal Immigration Act Affidavit* (Exhibit B), a *Vendor Artificial Intelligence (AI) Use Attestation* (Exhibit I), and a list of at least 3 client references.
