The City of Georgetown (City) is seeking Proposals from qualified respondents with substantial and relevant experience to serve as a Construction Manager at Risk and provide CMAR Services for the renovation of the Convention and Visitors Bureau located at 505 S Austin Ave, Georgetown, Texas.
