The existing area of one service bay (1298 sq ft) will be upgraded to provide office / meeting space.
The scope of work: install a 2-hr. fire rated wall partition between two existing equipment shop bays, install fire rated H.M. door and frame for access between the existing shop bays. This project includes installation of HVAC and upgrades of electrical and installation of windows.
