G&A Building Backup Generator Improvements

The San Jacinto River Authority is requesting Competitive Sealed Proposals (CSP) for the following project in Montgomery County, Texas: CSP No. 26-0002 G&A Building Backup Generator Improvements (G&A Division).

Engineer's Opinion of Probable Construction Cost: **$160,000.00**

SCOPE OF SERVICES: Generator Improvements

• Contractor mobilization and demobilization of all equipment, materials, and personnel to and from job site, complete.
• Bonds and insurance for all work associated with the base bid items, complete.
• Demolition of existing 1000A electrical service equipment as shown on the drawings, including salvage as directed by the Owner, complete.
• Furnish and install electrical improvements as shown on the drawings, including new electrical service equipment, double-throw switches, surge protection, grounding, conduit and wire, concrete slab, modifications to the existing electrical distribution system, coordination with Entergy, electrical survey for short circuit and coordination study, restoration of areas disturbed by the work, as required in the drawings and specifications and not included in any other bid item, complete.
• City of Conroe permit, complete.
