All proposals for this solicitation must besubmitted electronically through the University of Houston’s JAGGAER SourcingEvent Portal. Proposals submitted through any other method will not beaccepted. Respondents must have a JAGGAERsupplier account to access and respond to solicitation events. New suppliersmay create an account, and existing suppliers may log in, through the University of Houston Supplier Portal.
