Hogan & Associates Construction, Inc., Construction Manager General Contractor (CMGC) for Timpanogos School District, is requesting bids in accordance with the plans and specifications as prepared by KMA Architects.

**Project:** Timpanogos School District Education Center, 490 North State Street, Lindon, UT 84042

Bid Package #1: Supply of Structural Steel, Joist and Deck. Plans are currently available and bids are Due **November 3, 2026, 2:00 PM**.

Bid Package #2: All Remaining Trades. Bidding documents will be available November 5, 2026 and bids are Due **November 19, 2026, 2:00 PM**.

Project bid documents for this bid package will be available at the office of the construction manager. All bidders need to register with the CM in order to receive full documents and future addendum. All project correspondence, including RFI's, clarification requests and product approval requests, must be emailed to Mark Jensen (mjensen@hoganconstruction.com). All correspondence must include proper backup with clear description of questions, requests and references to plan pages, details, specification sections, etc.

The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or proposals or to waive any formality or technicality deemed in its best interest. Qualifications may be requested, before or after the bid date, of any bidder.
