Beaver City is requesting a proposal for the following Project: Beaver City Civil Center - RFP

This Construction Management/General Contractor (CM/GC) project includes partial demolition, renovation, and addition to the existing building to create the Beaver City Civic Center, located at 30 West 300 North, Beaver, Utah 84713.

Work includes demolition of the existing north wing (the pioneer era Belknap Elementary), an approximately 11,798 square foot City administration and council chambers addition, conversion of the approximately 19,700 square foot west wing into City department offices and conference rooms, exterior envelope improvements, a new parking lot, a public plaza, and additional site amenities including a skate park, pickleball courts, and a playground.

Request for Proposal of the Project will be received electronically, including a cost proposal, management plan, references and statements of qualifications, must be submitted electronically by **5:00 PM on Tuesday November 24th, 2026**, to Dan McGuire, project manager, at dan.m@jonesanddemille.com with a courtesy copy (cc) to Cheryl.b@jonesanddemille.com. Note: Submittals must be received by the specified time.

Only electronic copies of RFP documents will be issued.

The procurement shall be best value RFP method. A **MANDATORY** Pre-proposal Meeting and site visit will be held at 2:30 PM, Thursday, November 12th, 2026, at the Beaver City offices, 30 West 300 North, Beaver, Utah 84713. All prime contractors wishing to submit on this project must attend this meeting.
