Sealed bids are invited for the construction of the ATC Replace Chilled Water Central Plant project at Tidewater Community College, Virginia Beach Campus, Project Code # 260-B4260-112-c (M26TC127) located in Virginia Beach, Virginia.

The project is generally described as a replacement of the existing chilled water plant, including two (2) water-cooled chillers, two (2) cooling towers, two (2) condenser water pumps, four (4) chilled water pumps, and various hydronic accessories and piping throughout the mechanical room and courtyard.

The bids will be opened publicly and read aloud beginning at 3:00 P.M., on the following day, Friday, November 20, 2026, at the same location.

A Standard Commonwealth Bid Bond is **required** (form *CO-10.2*) and Contract Security is **required** for any bid regardless of the bid amount.

**eVA Vendor Registration:** The bidder or offeror shall be a registered vendor in eVA.

**e-Builder:** Contractor shall process all Pay Applications / Invoices through the Owner's web-based project management software, e-Builder. There is no fee to use e-Builder.
