End User Computing (EUC) Services

The Virginia IT Agency (VITA), on behalf of the Commonwealth of Virginia (Commonwealth), is seeking a supplier to deliver enterprise-wide, next generation End User Computing (EUC) Services to Virginia Executive Branch agencies and other public bodies.

VITA is looking for a strategic partnership offering fully managed, secure, and compliant end-user services, while also providing flexibility to support management of both supplier-owned devices and Commonwealth-owned/leased devices.

The Supplier will provide end-to-end service delivery, including device support, software support, troubleshooting, lifecycle management, and required financial and asset tracking processes (e.g., CMDB, GASB compliance) for all devices/workstations. Suppliers may propose value-added or premium services as optional capabilities available to agencies.

During the life of the contract, Supplier will propose to VITA continual improvement of service/device offerings while meeting Customer needs and requirements, focusing on service quality, operational efficiency, and customer experience.

VITA anticipates a single award to one supplier for EUC services, while reserving the right to continually adjust the device ownership structure based on the best value and most suitable solution to the Commonwealth. VITA also reserves the right to issue a single award, multiple awards, or no award.
