Provide and Install 85' x 60' Fabric Structure

Provide and installation a clear span structure (open web truss building) that is 85x60 with 5 trusses.

Building to be installed on 6' tall blocks currently in place. Building to remain open on both end walls.

Delivery F.O.B: 802 Forest Lawn Dr, Richmond, VA 23227

Fabric Structure

• Structure size shall be 85' wide X 60' High.
• Structure shall have five (5) trusses.
• Structure shall have flame retardant (FR) fabric.
• Structure frame shall be made of steel.
• Structure shall have open ends.
• Area 50' around structure shall be clear.
• Structure shall be installed at 802 Forest Lawn Dr. Richmond, VA 23227.
• Structure shall be installed no later than **December 31, 2026**
• Installation shall be coordinated with City designated project manager.
• Contractor shall refer to attached image (attachment G) for reference.

Bids shall be submitted electronically through the City's e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov, located at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/rva.

To be considered, a bid must be submitted through the City's e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov, on or before the time and date set forth on OpenGov for this Request for Quotes. The City will not accept a bid that is late, regardless of any technical difficulties.

The City will make the award to the lowest acceptable quote as required by Richmond City Code section 21-37.

By signing its bid, the bidder offers and agrees, if the City accepts its bid within 90 calendar days from the date of the opening of bids, to furnish any and all items upon which prices are quoted at the same prices set opposite each item.

The City shall pay the Contractor as follows: Net 45 days.

In the event the contractor performs work on City property and otherwise upon request by the City, the contractor shall submit to the City proof of insurance in a form acceptable to the City's Chief Risk Officer.
