BID - EvCC -Parks Window Repairs

Sealed bids will be accepted for the following project: PROJECT NO.: 2026-529 G (2-1) TITLE: EvCC Parks Window Repairs AGENCY: FPS for Everett Community College PROJECT MANAGER: Brandon Axthelm ESTIMATED BID COST RANGE: $75,000.00 to $215,000.00

TARGETED REPAIRS OF EXISTING STOREFRONT WINDOW INSULATED GLAZING UNITS (IGUs). TARGETED REPAIRS OF EXISTING EXTERIOR SEALANT JOINTS AROUND THE STOREFRONT.

THE WORK INCLUDES:

1. REMOVE AND REPLACE THE EXISTING IGUs ON THE DOUBLE-GLAZED STOREFRONT WINDOW UNITS, PER SCHEDULE. NEW GLASS AND COATING TO MATCH EXISTING. IN-SITU MOCK-UP REQUIRED; LOCATION TO BE DETERMINED.
2. REMOVE AND REPLACE EXISTING BACKER ROD AND SEALANT, CONTINUOUS ALONG THE EXTERIOR PERIMETER OF STOREFRONT UNITS, PER SCHEDULE.

ALTERNATE 1: REMOVE AND REGLAZE ADDITIONAL IGUs, PER SCHEDULE.

WORK AT TESTING CENTER WINDOWS (B15 THROUGH B20) TO BE PERFORMED ONLY BETWEEN ACADEMIC TERMS (I.E. DURING BREAKS) AS TO NOT INTERFERE WITH TESTING CENTER OPERATIONS

The State of Washington prevailing wage rates are applicable for this public works project located in Snohomish County.

Supplemental Bidder Responsibility will be evaluated for this project.

The successful Bidder is **required** to register and create an account in the DES Diversity Compliance program (B2Gnow) at https://des.diversitycompliance.com. Voluntary numerical Diverse Business goals of 10% MBE, 6% WBE, 5% SBE or PWSBE, and 5% Veterans have been established for this project. Achievement of the goals is encouraged.
