• Proposal Submission Deadline : The proposal submission deadline remains unchanged from Amendment 0001: 18 November 2026 at 3:00 PM EST 

Offerors are responsible for reviewing Amendment 0002 and all associated attachments in their entirety and for acknowledging the amendment with their proposal submission.
