C5613637-D, Boiler Maintenance, Inspection, Calibration and Repair Services

This is an Agreement in which the Contract shall perform Boiler Maintenance, Inspection, Calibration and Repair Services for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) locations.

You are invited to review and respond to this IFB C5613637-D, titled Boiler Maintenance, Inspection, Calibration and Repair Services for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR), institutions/facilities statewide. Bidders are not required to bid on all locations and/or groups.

The Contractor will be compensated for services performed in accordance with the applicable rate(s) specified in Exhibit B-1, Rate Sheet which shall include all labor, personnel, transportation (including travel, per diem, fuel, and mileage), materials, supplies, tools, any necessary equipment, permits, licenses, taxes, fees, shipping/freight charges, and every other item of expense necessary (unless otherwise specified herein) to provide all identified services for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) locations identified in Exhibit E, List of Participating Locations.

• Repair Services (Outside of Normal Business Hours)
• Emergency Call Response (Normal Business Hours)
• Emergency Call Response (Outside of Normal Business Hours)

Parts & Rental Equipment, Source Testing, and As-Needed Services (25%) are also listed per location.

Bid submittal

Bids must be submitted electronically, with all necessary bid submission documents in a clear, legible Portable Document Format (PDF), the documents are fully responsive and lack any deficiency, to CDCR-CMB-Non-IT-Service-Bids@cdcr.ca.gov no later than the time and date specified in the Projected Timetable. Any bid received in any other manner will NOT be considered.

The award of an Agreement, if it is to be awarded, will be made to the lowest responsible bidder whose bid complies with all requirements prescribed herein.

DVBE participation of no less than three percent (3%) is **mandatory** for all bids exceeding $15,000.

Anticipated Date for Commencement of Services: January 1, 2027. Term End Date of Agreement: December 31, 2029.

PARTICIPATION IN THE WALK-THROUGH IS MANDATORY AT SOME LOCATIONS. Refer to the *Walk-Through Information and Schedule, Attachment 1* for mandatory/optional requirements.
