The Orange County Transportation Authority (Authority) invites bids from authorized resellers to provide FreshService Enterprise Subscription Services Renewal on an as-needed basis, with no guaranteed usage for a three (3)-year term, effective December 29, 2026 through December 28, 2029. Pricing
TERM: Three (3)-year term, effective December 29, 2026 through December 28, 2029
Firms submitting an alternative manufacturer, model, or part number shall result in a "Non-Responsive" and will not be considered for award. Prices quoted shall remain firm for the term of the Purchase Order. Approved equals will not be accepted.
Bids must be submitted electronically through the Authority's OpenGov Procurement portal before **11:00 am, Tuesday, November 17, 2026**.
Bids and amendments to bids received after the date and time specified above will be returned to the bidders unopened.

Bidder is required to complete and sign the form entitled *Status of Past and Present Contracts* and submit as part of the bid. Bidder shall complete the *List of Subcontractors Form*. Bidder must also upload proof of reseller certificates.
Bids will be opened in the Authority's Administration Office, 600 South Main Street, Orange, California 92863 at the submission time indicated above. Participation via teleconference will be available.
The bidder holds bid pricing for 120 calendar days after the bid close date.
