The award is made to the lowest responsible bidder within 60 days. The successful bidder must furnish 2 bonds: a payment bond and a performance bond, each equal to at least 100 percent of the total bid.
The successful bidder must sign the Contract form. The Department must receive the signed Contract form, Contract Bonds and insurance documents before the 10th business day after the bidder receives the contract.
