You are invited to review and respond to this IFB 08A4064, titled Trash Collection, Hauling, and Disposal Services in Riverside County.

Contractor shall furnish all labor, trash bins, equipment, travel, and incidentals, and to pay all associated costs, fees (including disposal fees), and taxes, necessary to provide scheduled and on call trash collection, hauling, and disposal services to Caltrans.

**Bid submittal:** All bids must be mailed or hand-delivered to Caltrans Division of Procurement and Contracts, Bid Unit, 1727 30th Street, 4th Floor, MS 65, Sacramento, CA 95816-7006, by **2:00 p.m. on 11/19/2026**. Bids received in electronic format will not be accepted. Late bids will not be considered.

**Bid opening:** 11/19/2026, 2:30 p.m., via teleconference.

**Written questions** must be submitted by e-mail by **5:00 p.m. on November 12, 2026**.

**Minimum qualification:** Bidder shall possess at the time of bid submittal, continuously thereafter, and for the duration of the Agreement, a valid and current Motor Carrier Permit issued from the California Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV).

**Evaluation:** Agreements will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. A five percent (5%) Small Business or Microbusiness preference and a DVBE incentive apply. DVBE participation is not required.

**Insurance:** The bidder who receives the Agreement award will be requested to provide a Certificate of Insurance within 10 working days after the date of notification of award.
