The California Department of Fish and Wildlife is looking for approximately 10,122 nusf of office and warehouse space in the City of Fairfield plus five (5) EVSE and twenty-four (24) parking spaces to Code.
Buildings submitted must: 1) Be Asbestos Hazard-free upon occupancy; 2) Accommodate State plans, specifications, seismic safety, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and applicable codes (California Building Code & Title 24); 3) Be close to public transportation; and 4) Comply with Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise requirements.
