The Jacksonville Transportation Authority (the “Authority” or the “JTA”) hereby requests Sealed Proposals for Independent Financial Assessment, Governance Review, and Financial Recovery Services.
The Jacksonville Transportation Authority (JTA or Authority) seeks an independent accounting, auditing, or financial advisory firm to assess its financial condition, identify the causes and progression of financial deterioration, evaluate governance and internal controls, and develop a practical financial recovery roadmap.
The engagement shall provide the Board of Directors with evidence-based conclusions and recommendations that support financial stability, organizational efficiency, accountability, transparency, and public confidence.
Submission

Contract term
The Contract term shall be for one (1) year base with the Authority having no option to renew the Contract.
