Sole Source Designation of HSI Services inc. for Aqua-Barrier Water Inflated Dams with Anti-roll Internal Baffle System

HSI Services manufactures Aqua-Barriers equipment with anti-roll internal baffle systems. These dams are custom ordered per the customer’s specifications and will be purchased with he dimensions of 8’ tall by 18’ wide by 25’ long with the capability of controlling up to 6’ deep of water and sediments.

HSI Services Inc. is the sole source vendor of the patented and Registered Aqua Barrier product.

This is not an Invitation to Bid or Request for Proposal, and there is no solicitation available. The proposed contract action is for product or services for which the District intends to negotiate and award with only one Contractor/Vendor under the authority of and in accordance with Florida State Statute 287.057(5) (c). Any responses received as a result of this Notice of Intent shall be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses will not be considered as proposals, bids, or quotes.

Contractors/Vendors may identify their interest and capability to satisfy the District's requirements by submitting, in writing, their company name, address, point of contact, telephone number, e-mail address, and a detailed statement describing their capability to provide products or services equivalent to those identified in this Notice.
