2027 Stone RFQ

The Gilmer County Board of Commissioners will accept quotes until 2:45 p.m. on December 8, 2026 at which time they will be opened for review for the following material: #3 Crushed Stone (alternate #4), #57 Crushed Stone, #98 Crushed Stone, #599 Crushed Stone, #5 Washed Paving Stone, #7 Washed Paving Stone, #8 Washed Paving Stone, #89 Washed Paving Stone, #318 Graded Aggregate Base, #598 Graded Aggregate Base, #318 Aggregate Base, #319 Aggregate Base, #810 Screening, #910 Screening, Washed, 57 Stone, Surge Stone, Rip Rap Type 1 & Rip Rap Type 3, Crusher Run.

Quote responses shall include:

• Quoted pricing for Delivered product
• Quoted pricing for Non-delivered product
• Quoted prices shall be for the period of January 1, 2027 through December 31, 2027.

The Successful bidder will be expected to sign a contract with Gilmer County.

Each sealed quote envelope shall be clearly marked "Stone Quote" on the outside and delivered to the following address: Gilmer County Board of Commissioners Attn: Edwina Daman, County Clerk 822 Industrial Blvd. Suite 200 Ellijay, GA 30540

Gilmer County reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to accept complete or partial bids, and to accept partial bids from different vendors, all at the sole election of and determined to be in the best interest of the county by the commissioners, and to waive any irregularities there under. All of the above provisions shall be consistent with and governed by the county charter.
