The City of Norcross is soliciting sealed proposals for Custodial Cleaning Services from qualified and experienced custodial service providers to perform routine cleaning, sanitation, and maintenance services for various City-owned facilities. The Contractor shall perform routine custodial services in accordance with the service frequencies outlined in Attachment A and including, but not limited to the following:
Visible soil, overflowing trash, depleted supplies, spills, fingerprints, odors, and routine cleanliness issues shall be corrected during the assigned service period without waiting for direction.
The city shall provide approved routine cleaning products/chemicals and designated consumable supplies. The contractor shall provide labor, supervision, tools, carts, vacuums, mops, microfiber materials, machines, PPE and other cleaning equipment.
All sealed proposals must be submitted by **Friday, November 20, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. Eastern**.
