Submission
Sealed bids will be accepted at the Physical Plant Conference Room, 800 Georgia Southwestern State University Drive, Americus, GA until **November 19, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. local time**, at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids will not be accepted after the called time.

Bonds
Each bid shall be accompanied by a **Bid Bond** (Bond only; cashier's check or other forms are not acceptable) in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the bid for the complete work. Award
Qualifications of the bidder will be reviewed before the award of the Contract. The Owner may consider award of the Contract to a bidder other than the low bidder. Bids may not be withdrawn for a period of forty-five (45) days after the date bids are opened. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any technicalities.
