JD Cope / 480V Low Voltage Motor Control Centers

Dalton Utilities requests firm bids from qualified manufacturers and suppliers for the engineering, manufacture, testing, documentation, delivery, and specified field services for seven (7) indoor 480V motor control centers at the J.D. Cope Energy Facility. The attached Technical Specification 5.5330, Rev. B, including the equipment datasheets, governs the technical scope.

The Work of this Purchase Order includes but is not limited to the following:

• Design, fabricate, and deliver DDP, specified "Point of Delivery" seven (7) 480V MCCs as required to meet the requirements defined in Purchase Order Documents.
• All Work shall be designed to meet the design data specified in Appendix 01 11 04-A Site Design Conditions and General Design Conditions.
• Provide submittals per Appendix 01 33 04-A.
• Provide submittals and Equipment Data Books as defined in Section 01 33 04.
• Manufacturer Field Services as specified in Division 26.
• Spare parts, special tools, lubricants, and consumables as specified in 1.3.
• The Goods furnished under this Purchase Order shall be designed for indoor installation and storage.

Spare parts, special tools, hardware, lubricants, and other consumables required for complete installation and commissioning shall be provided by Supplier. These shall be delivered to Site with the Goods being provided under this Purchase Order.

Supplier shall provide a list of manufacturer's recommended spare parts for: 1) first two (2) years of operation; 2) installation and commissioning; 3) capital spares (spares not subject to wear).

Unit Prices for spare parts shall be valid for purchase by Owner for two (2) years after Substantial Completion.

The anticipated life that is required for Equipment and Materials furnished is 30 years.
