Sealed bids will be received for the Orleans Parish School Board (OPSB) by the Procurement Department, Room 5055, 2401 Westbend Parkway, New Orleans, Louisiana 70114, until **11:00 AM (CST) on Friday, November 20, 2026**.

Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at that time, and a tabulation will be made for consideration by the Owner in awarding the Contract.

Complete Bidding Documents may be obtained from Concordia, LLC, 1610 Oretha Castle Haley Blvd, New Orleans, LA 70113. Bid documents will be emailed by Architect or a downloadable link will be provided to obtain bid documents in PDF format.

Bids shall be accepted from Contractors who are licensed under LA. R.S. 37:2150-2163 for the classification of Building Construction.

**Submission:** Sealed bids to the Procurement Department, Room 5055, 2401 Westbend Parkway, New Orleans, Louisiana 70114, until **11:00 AM (CST) on Friday, November 20, 2026**. Bids received after the above-designated date and time will not be opened and will be rejected.

All Bids must be accompanied by **bid security equal to five percent (5%)** of the sum of the Base Bid and all Alternates, and must be in the form of a certified check, cashier's check or the Orleans Parish School Board Bid Bond Form written by a surety company licensed to do business in Louisiana, signed by the surety's agency or attorney-in-fact. [...] No Bid Bond indicating an obligation of less than five percent (5%) by any method is acceptable.

The successful Bidder shall be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond written by a company licensed to do business in Louisiana, in an amount equal to **100%** of the Contract amount.

No bid may be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after receipt of bids, except under the provisions of LA. R.S. 38:2214.

The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids for just cause.

ANY PERSON REQUIRING SPECIAL ACCOMMODATIONS SHALL NOTIFY THE ORLEANS PARISH SCHOOL BOARD OF THE TYPE(S) OF ACCOMMODATION REQUIRED NOT LESS THAN SEVEN (7) DAYS BEFORE THE BID OPENING.
