The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified and experienced firms to provide comprehensive risk management consulting services to the Orleans Parish School Board (OPSB).
OPSB currently oversees 65 charter schools and a school with two educational programs for students in secure-care facilities. The District serves more than 41,822 students across Orleans Parish.
The Orleans Parish School Board is seeking to partner with a qualified and experienced firm capable of providing comprehensive risk management consulting services. The successful firm shall demonstrate the professional expertise, experience, resources, and capacity necessary to assist OPSB in identifying and managing risk and safeguarding its assets, operations, and interests on behalf of the citizens and taxpayers of Orleans Parish.
The successful firm shall furnish qualified personnel and perform all professional services required in accordance with the Scope of Work, Specifications, terms, and conditions established in this RFP.
One signed original proposal shall be submitted electronically and clearly marked: REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL NO. 27-0068 ON November 24, 2026 AT 10:00 A.M. in the **Euna Solutions Procurement Portal**. Any hard copy submission will be retained in the file unopened and will be considered disqualified.
The cost evaluation shall constitute (10%) of the total points assigned and will be based upon standard cost rates submitted by the proposers. The proposer with the lowest cost shall receive the highest cost evaluation score.
Contract term will be for a period of one (1) year with an option to renew for two (2) additional one-year periods.
Oral presentations via Zoom (optional) are set for December 4, 2026. NOLA-PS, at its sole discretion may invite the top two to four (2-4) Proposers to provide oral presentations.
All DBE forms must be properly completed whether or not they are applicable to Proposer. Failure to submit required documents shall result in rejection and proposals will not be reviewed by the Evaluation Committee.
