  • **Phase III:** The Contractor shall submit a Structured Mitigation Plan outlining corrective actions, implementation priorities, resource requirements, timelines, responsible parties, and performance measures.
  • **Phase IV:** The Contractor shall submit a Property Control and Inventory Management System Assessment and Recommendation Report that includes system requirements, evaluation criteria, comparative analysis of potential solutions, and recommendations and timelines to address corrective actions.
  • **Phase V:** The Contractor shall provide Training Materials, Procedures Documentation, and a Knowledge Transfer Summary documenting the training conducted, materials provided, and recommendations for ongoing inventory management and oversight.

At the College's sole discretion, the Contractor may be engaged to provide consulting services to oversee and monitor the implementation of recommendations, corrective actions, process improvements, asset management system enhancements, and property control initiatives resulting from this Contract. [...] These services are optional and may be awarded separately from the Base Contract at the College's discretion.
