Pinecrest Golf Club Cart Path Improvements

The Town of Holliston is seeking sealed bids from qualified contractors for course improvements to the Pinecrest Golf Club located at 212 Prentice Street in Holliston, MA 01746. Specifically, the town is looking for cart path paving and drainage improvements for holes 1, 10 and 14 located on the northern side of Prentice Street in Holliston, MA.

The Town of Holliston is seeking sealed bids from qualified contractors for improvements to the Pinecrest Golf Club course located at 212 Prentice Street in Holliston, MA 01746. Specifically, the town is looking for cart path and drainage improvements for holes 1, 10 and 14 located on the northern side of Prentice Street in Holliston, MA. Contractors are to supply all materials and labor for the project, and to provide proof of general liability and workers compensation insurance at the state required minimum level upon award of the project.

**Submission method:** Contractors are invited to submit sealed bids no later than **10 AM Friday November 20, 2026** at the Town Manager's Office, Town Hall at 703 Washington Street, Holliston, MA 01746. Bids are to be sealed and clearly marked: "Pinecrest Golf Club Cart Path Improvements, Holliston, MA"

The Town will award the contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Unless sooner rejected or accepted, all bid proposals must be firm and continue in effect for ninety (90) calendar days following the date of bid opening.

Bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit of not less than five (5%) percent of the value of the proposed work and made payable to the Town of Holliston, the Awarding Authority.

Within ten (10) days of receipt of notice of contract award, the successful bidder shall provide a payment bond 50% of the amount of the contract.

Comprehensive commercial general liability insurance with limits of at least $1 Million per occurrence and $3 Million annual aggregate for property damage and $1 Million per person and $3 Million per occurrence for bodily injury, which shall include the Town of Holliston as an additional insured. Motor vehicle insurance for any motor vehicles used in performing the Work, with limits of at least $500,000 per person, and $1 Million per accident.

Pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws, chapter 149, sections 26 and 27, the Division of Occupational Safety has determined the Prevailing Wage Rates for this work.
